A simple guide to live by until you walk as effortless Love in Form

1. Stop resisting what is
Most of human suffering comes not from what’s happening, but from the inner resistance to what’s happening. When we stop saying “this shouldn’t be,” and instead breathe into “this is,” space opens. That space is freedom. Surrender is not passivity — it’s the deepest intimacy with life.
2. Feel everything, but believe nothing
Feelings are sacred visitors, but the thoughts and interpretations around them often aren't true. Let the body feel, deeply — but don't build a house in the mind about what it means. Clarity arises when we allow feeling to move without attaching to the story.
3. You are not who you think you are
The person you take yourself to be — the one with the roles, memories, goals, fears — is a beautiful costume worn by something boundlessly vast. Rest as that vastness, that clear, infinite space and the play of life becomes more graceful. You stop trying to fix or improve the self-image and instead abide as what’s untouched by it all.
4. Live with radical honesty, authenticity and kindness
Be real — with yourself and others — but especially with yourself - even if it’s raw. Speak the truth, but wrap it in gentleness. Truth will set us all free, eventually :). Most people are longing to relax into truth, but are afraid it will be too much. When you model that both truth and love can co-exist, you offer healing to the whole field.
