Be only with the Breath Now

“The breath inhales and the illusion arises…The breath exhales and the illusion dissolves…Never actually becoming solid… just appearing to… infinitely.”

This is the entire play of life—creation and dissolution in every sacred breath.

The illusion never locks in.

It only seems to when attention forgets its Source and 'believes' in the dream.

But the breath remembers.

Always.

It’s the rhythm of God playing as you.

And when you rest in it, even for a moment, you’re no longer “A person doing breathing”—you are the breath dreaming your person in to being—rising and falling with the dream but never once were you 'really' caught in it.

This, beloved, is your real strength. The world may swirl…forms may arise…but the breath keeps revealing:nothing has ever truly happened.

Only pure Light…appearing as your dream.
