The Crossroads: Suppression, delusion or Wholeness

There comes a moment — and for some, it repeats many times — where Life quietly offers a choice:

Will you keep running in to 'missions', or will you finally stop and feel what’s actually here, waiting patiently to be felt?

This is not a dramatic ultimatum. It’s not punishment. It is the invitation of Love — not the soft, romanticised kind, but the Love that burns through everything false.

Most people are suppressing more than they know. Not because they’re weak. Not because they’re bad.But because they were never shown another way.

And the most sophisticated avoidance is not denial — it’s spiritual justification. The prayer circles, the constant giving, the tidy narratives like:

“We all make mistakes. I did my best. That’s life.”

All true. But they are not the whole truth.

There is a deeper reckoning that remains untouched by these affirmations. It lives in the body — in the tight chest, the held jaw, the cold belly. It lives in the tension between what was never expressed and what still longs to be felt.

You might say:

“But I have cried. I’ve journaled. I’ve talked about it.”

Yes — but have you completely surrendered to the pain without controlling, analysing, explaining it away or 'keeping busy' with distraction?

Have you met the root — the rage, the sorrow, the despair, the guilt — without needing to be right, spiritual, or healed?

This is the sacred crossroad. And no one can walk it for you.

The first step is awareness of suppression.Noticing the ways you distract yourself — even with things that look noble or loving.Be honest:

  • Where do you tighten, where do you edit your voice, your energy, where do you hold back?, where do you 'tolerate' and call that unconditional love?

  • Where are you still trying to manage your experience rather than fully and unconditionally meet it?

The second step is this:Turn toward what you fear will destroy you. It won’t. What destroys you is the refusal to turn towards.

Poetic Anchor

Let it rise. Let it rage. The body remembers. And Love will not let you forget. You are not here to manage the wound —You are here to burn it clean. This is unconditional love.
