Rest In The Peace of Eternity

Freedom, eternity, God or presence, whatever name resonates, can only ever be experienced now. It may seem like ‘you’ are a separate character on an individual timeline; like each year of your individual life has really lapsed but in reality no time ever passes. 

Time is imagined only in the mind of the human character.

But in presence, always here and now, when no thought is believed, there is only eternity. Yet eternity is only a made up word to try to encapsulate the silence of non separation.

The illusion of separation only arises in imagination in the mind of the human. It’s as though thought seems to punctuate or divide the eternal peace of non existence.

This infinite space between these words.

Always and only right here and right now if no thought of past or future is believed….what remains?

Without belief in the "I" thought, what remains?

Thought will continue to try to pull your attention in to a personal reality, a personal timeline, it is a habit of an apparent lifetime.

But drop attention deeply in to that space of no thought, no thing, now.

The pristine clarity that is ageless and timeless, that no appearance has ever affected.

Rest deeply in the peace that has never left.
