The Pisces Full Moon eclipse is a potent portal of release, completion, and deep integration. Over the next couple of weeks (from today), this energy offers a rare opportunity to meet the parts of ourselves that we often hide, resist, or judge—the “shadow” aspects—and allow them to be fully seen, allowed and integrated, to merge back into the wholeness of who we are.
Shadow may show up as subtle self-criticism, unfinished emotional patterns, or the nagging feeling that we “aren’t enough' or aren't 'doing' enough. It might appear in our relationships, in the small frustrations of daily life, or even in dreams that stir old memories. These reflections are not here to punish us—they are invitations home to completion, to witness, and to allow.
A Simple Ritual to Harness Pisces Energy:
Create a quiet space: Light a candle, dim the lights, and take a few deep breaths.
Tune into your body: Notice where tension, discomfort, or unease arises. Allow your awareness to rest there without judgment.
Invite your shadow to speak: You might silently ask, “What is ready to be seen and released?” Listen.
Soften and release: Visualise a gentle, violet-pink light (Pisces energy) dissolving any resistance, tension, fear, or old patterns. Allow yourself to breathe them home into completion.
Seal with gratitude: Whisper or silently say, “I honour all that I am, all that I have been, and all that I am becoming.”
During this eclipse season, the invitation is simple: to fully inhabit your own Being, to let life complete what is ready for integration, and to meet shadow with love rather than judgment.
Whether subtle or intense, allow the Piscean energy to support your inner alchemy—so you may step forward lighter, softer, and more whole.
The energy is here to serve your growth and evolution if you let it in.
